Bruno is software from SIA Radi Viedi for organizations that plan school visits and work a shared mailbox. This deployment (bruno.mazabrinumzeme.lv) is used by SIA Mazā brīnumzeme (MB).

What Bruno does

Coordinators use Bruno to run visit operations in one place — not as a public website, and not as a consumer email product.

Plānošana. Register and oversee school visits (vizītes): dates, pipeline status, school, address, contact, workshops on the visit, and instructors.
Catalogs. Keep school profiles (addresses and contacts), the workshop offering catalog, and the list of instructors who can deliver those workshops.
Inbox. Mirror the organization’s shared Gmail (read-only) so coordinators can work threads, classify mail, and draft visit records — including with an LLM.

This instance

Mazā Brīnumzeme is a family-owned company that delivers STEM lessons primarily at schools. On this instance, only MB coordinators with a Bruno login can use the app. The connected mailbox is MB’s shared inbox.

Radi Viedi develops and operates Bruno. MB uses this deployment; they do not operate the product.

Access

There is no public sign-up. Coordinators sign in with a username and password created for them. Log in.

How mailbox data is handled is in the privacy policy. Use of this instance is also subject to the terms of service.
