SIA Radi Viedi
Privacy policy
This policy describes how Bruno, a product of SIA Radi Viedi, uses Google user data. This deployment (bruno.mazabrinumzeme.lv) is operated for SIA Mazā brīnumzeme (MB), who use Bruno for school-visit planning and their shared Gmail inbox. Google’s OAuth consent screen links here.
Who we are
SIA Radi Viedi develops and operates Bruno. Bruno is software for organizations that plan school visits and work a shared mailbox. It is not a public consumer email product.
On this instance, only MB coordinators with a Bruno login can use the app. The connected Gmail account is MB’s shared inbox, not Radi Viedi’s.

Google / Gmail data we access
When a coordinator authorizes Gmail, Bruno requests the restricted scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly.
That lets Bruno read the connected mailbox (here, MB’s shared inbox), including:
- message metadata (from, to, subject, dates, labels, thread ids)
- message bodies
- attachments
- history used to detect new mail
Bruno does not send mail through Gmail APIs today. Coordinator login to Bruno is a separate username/password and does not use this Gmail OAuth client.
How we use that data
Mailbox content is used only to provide Bruno to the customer organization (here, MB) for their school-visit operations:
- mirror threads and messages in Bruno so coordinators can work the inbox
- extract attachment text
- classify and draft visit records with an LLM (via OpenRouter), using message and attachment text as input
- keep a history cursor so sync can resume after reconnect
Bruno’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Gmail data to serve ads, to train generalized AI/ML models, or to sell, rent, or barter personal data. Human review of mailbox content is limited to the customer’s coordinators operating the inbox, and to Radi Viedi debugging production failures for that customer.
Storage and processors
Copies of mirrored messages, threads, and attachments are stored on infrastructure Radi Viedi operates for this customer: application servers and PostgreSQL on Hetzner (EU), and files in Hetzner Object Storage. Encrypted Gmail refresh tokens are stored in the database.
Limited data is sent to processors acting on Radi Viedi’s instructions:
- OpenRouter (LLM providers) — message/attachment text needed for intake classification
- Bugsnag (SmartBear) — error reports, which may include job metadata and exception text, not a mailbox dump
We do not share Gmail user data with other third parties except as required by law.
Retention and deletion
Mirrored mail stays in Bruno while the customer’s coordinators need it for visit planning. Disconnecting Gmail in Bruno (Sistēma → Gmail) revokes the app’s stored refresh token for that mailbox. You can also revoke access in Google Account permissions. Requests to delete mailbox copies from this instance can be sent to mazabrinumzeme@gmail.com.
Coordinator accounts
Bruno also stores coordinator usernames and password digests in order to sign people in. That data is not obtained from Gmail APIs.
Changes
If we change how Gmail data is used, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
