Terms of service
These terms govern use of Bruno, a product of SIA Radi Viedi (bruno.mazabrinumzeme.lv). This deployment is provided for SIA Mazā brīnumzeme (MB). Google’s OAuth consent screen links here.
Who may use Bruno
Bruno is software Radi Viedi provides to customer organizations. It is not offered as a public consumer product. On this instance, access is limited to Mazā Brīnumzeme coordinators with an account created for them. Connecting Gmail authorizes Bruno to read that organization’s shared mailbox; it does not create a consumer Google account or a public email product.
The service
Bruno is used to:
- plan school visits and maintain catalog records
- mirror the customer’s shared Gmail inbox (read-only via Google APIs)
- help coordinators classify mail and draft visit records, including with an LLM
Radi Viedi may change, pause, or stop features as the product evolves. There is no public SLA.
Google authorization
A coordinator may grant Bruno access to Gmail using Google OAuth
(gmail.readonly). That grant applies to the connected mailbox —
on this instance, typically MB’s shared inbox. You can revoke it in Bruno
(Sistēma → Gmail) or in
Google Account permissions.
Use of Google APIs is also subject to Google’s terms.

privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Coordinators must:
- use Bruno only for their organization’s operations (here, MB)
- keep login credentials to themselves
- not use mailbox access for purposes unrelated to visit planning and inbox work
No warranty
Bruno is provided as-is. Radi Viedi does not warrant uninterrupted Gmail sync, LLM output accuracy, or fitness for any particular visit decision. Coordinators remain responsible for what they send to schools.
Liability
To the extent allowed by Latvian law, SIA Radi Viedi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Bruno. These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
